ONE HALF THE FEE SHALL ACCOMPANY THIS APPLICATION AND THE BALANCE SHALL BE DUE BEFORE APPLICANT SETS UP. FULL REFUNDS SHALL BE GIVEN IF REQUESTED NO LESS THAN SIXTY DAYS PRIOR TO THE SHOW.  IF REQUESTED LESS THAN SIXTY DAYS, NO REFUND.

Food concessions require a health permit.

3.

Electricity is provided as a convenience. Electric heaters, refrigerators or other heavy appliances are prohibited.

4.

Emergency messages will be delivered as received.   All others will be posted on message board.

5.

Sub-letting or re-selling space not permitted.

6.

Parking for designated vechiles shall be only in designated areas.

7.

We do not have facilities to handle your personal mail.  Do not have your mail sent to the Cloud Jamboree mail box. Have your mail sent by UPS to your assigned space.

Reservations for the following year will be accepted from January 20 - January 31. Dealers will have January 31 as deadline to renew their own spaces.  On February 1, those spaces not renewed will be open to other participating dealers who wish to change location.  On February 2, remaining spaces not renewed will be open to the public. All reservations must be accompanied with a pre-payment deposit.

9.

Dealers arriving 3 days or later than opening shall forfeit space without refund.

10.

Cloud's Jamboree and Avi Resort & Casino shall not be liable in case of fire, theft or breakage regardless of cause and both are released from liability for the loss, injury or damage to property of exibitor.

11.

No space may be occupied unless check in procedures are completer first at the office.

12.
