$250  SHALL ACCOMPANY THIS APPLICATION. $500 SHALL BE PAYABLE  ON OR BEFORE  NOVEMBER 1, 2008. BALANCE SHALL BE PAYABLE UPON ARRIVAL AND BEFORE APPLICANT SETS UP. FULL REFUNDS SHALL BE GIVEN IF REQUESTED NO LESS THAN SIXTY DAYS PRIOR TO SHOW. IF REQUESTED LESS THAN SIXTY DAYS, NO REFUND.

2.

Applicant shall not sublease or share any portion of their space with another dealer without advanced permission from Cloud's Jamboree ("Promoter").

3.

Applicant's space must not be altered and must be kept clean and free of trash. Booths must be free of trash upon vacation of space. Space where available and added to applicant's booth will be billed additionally based upon prorated booth space.

4.

Applicant shall be assigned show space by Promoter.  Promoter will accept and consider applicant's preference but is not bound to conform to the preference.

5.

Applicant will be required to pay a $50 Tribal fee.  Promoter will assist applicant in obtaining the license.

6.

Applicant may not nail, tape, staple  or otherwise affix any object to sign onto any wall, floor or table.  Applicants are responsible for any damage to the facility.

7.

Applicant agrees that neither Promoter nor host property will be held responsible for any damage, loss or theft of merchandise during the course of or after show hours.

8.

Neither the Promoter nor the host property shall be accountable or liable for and shall be released from all accountability or liability for any damage, loss , harm or injury to the person and any property of the Applicant, or any of its agents or other representatives resulting from, but not limited to claims of the Applicant, or any of its agents or other representatives resulting from, but not limited to claims arising from the use of vehicles or equipment supplied by Promoter or host property and any claims arising from loss, robbery, burglary, pilferage, theft, fire, water damage, accident, negligence or any other cause and neither Promoter nor host property will obtains or provided insurance against such damage, loss, harm or injury.

9.

No open flames or torches without written permission and approval of Promoter.  Burning candles or incense is permitted.  Pets prohibited from being in show area

10.

Applicant agrees to indemnify, defend and protect Promoter and the host property against and hold and save them harmless from any and all claims, demands, suits, liability, damages, loss, costs, attorney fees and expenses of whatever kind of which might result from or arise out of any action or failure to act of the Applicant or any if its agents, employees or other representatives.

11.

Applicant is aware that they may obtain insurance at Applicant's expense against all risks associated with their particapation in the show.

12.

Any returned checks will incur a $25 fee for each item returned.

13.

Failure of Applicant to comply with the terms or provisions of this agreement shall cause immediate termination withou refund.
